A trade report for one side of a privately negotiated trade. The receiver forwards a request to the counterparty who declines or accepts the trade.

Notes

Error in FIX Specification:

The Glossary (Spec volume 1) refers to this value as "...Pass Thru" but it is "...Pass Through" in Volume 6. It would be better to adopt a consistent spelling.
